1.1 Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions By using this site and placing an order, you fully and unreservedly accept these General Conditions of Sale.
1.2 Contracting party These General Terms and Conditions establish a contract between Demon's Den Merch (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our") and you (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "You").
Orders
2.1 Eligibility You declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to conclude a transaction on our site.
2.2 Validation of the order All orders placed on our site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, in particular in the event of suspected fraud or violation of these General Terms and Conditions.
2.3 Prices The prices indicated on the site are in euros and are subject to change without notice. Delivery charges and applicable taxes will be added to the total order amount.

3.1 Payment methods We accept the payment methods indicated on our site at the time of ordering. Payments are secure, and banking information is protected.
3.2 Billing A detailed invoice will be provided for each order. You can download it from your account on our site.
Delivery

4.2 Delivery times Estimated delivery times are communicated when ordering. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
4.3 Delivery costs Delivery costs will be indicated when ordering and may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.
Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return policy We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product. Products ordered specially (example: large volume or item outside the general catalog) cannot under any circumstances be returned and/or refunded.
5.2 Refunds Refunds will be made to the original payment method and within a reasonable time after receipt of the returned items.

10.2 Jurisdiction In the event of a dispute arising from these General Terms and Conditions, the parties will endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably. Failing this, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
